Profile of Perry Joe – Lartey
Perry Joe Lartey is a trained marketer with twenty (20) years of foreign and local business industry experience. He has acquired specific business skills stets and special industry training from across the globe. His academic journey which spans over a decade, begun with a business studies degree in 1999 from the Thomas Valley University, United Kingdom.
This achievement was followed by an Institute of Chartered Marketing (ICM), United Kingdom, UK certificate in strategic marketing in 2003. In 2008, he attained a certificate in Mortgage Advice from the National Banking College, Ghana and a postgraduate diploma in entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
His entrepreneurial prowess has seen him establish and consolidate investment franchises by name Perrydale Investment and a marketing firm, Perry Marketing Consultancy.
Aside of creating employment/internship avenues for desiring youth in the sector of his operations, his chain of businesses have opened up the industry to better understanding and growth.
His latest desire to help the Ghanaian small business owner to gain ready access to funds for their business operations has greatly influenced the birth of Perrydale Micro Credit.
MR. EMMANUEL K. ESHUN
A known strategist in the Oil and Gas industry in the country, He is an Administrator with certification in
ICSA. Mr. Eshun is currently employed at KINGDOM OFFSHORE LIMITED as a DIRECTOR/HEAD OF
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION. He has been at post since 2014 – till date.
Prior to his current employment, he held a series of positions in SEAWORLD Engineering Limited from
2009 – 2014, he was initially engaged as the Finance Manager from 2009 – 2011, Finance and
Administration Manager from 2012 – 2013 until his elevation to the position of admin manager in 2013.
Between 2003 – 2008, Mr. Eshun worked as the Director at EMPAC.
In 1997, he helped set up Menergy International and served as its first Accountant. He occupied this
position until the year 2000 when the office was converted into that of Finance/Administrative
Manager. A position he held until 2003.
He has vast international experience in the oil and gas industry and has attended several conferences in
the US and some Africa Countries as part of his official duties.

She worked as the Director, Judicial Reforms and
Projects at the Judicial Service of Ghana, on
the Grade of a High Court Judge, where she was
in charge of the development and implementation
of a nationwide judicial reform programme for
the institutional strengthening and reformation
of the Judicial Service and the Judiciary of
She was responsible for donor relations
and government funded projects and oversaw
policy development, strategy and Donor management
as well as government negotiations such as the
Swap Agreement with SSNIT and the Concept
Development and Government negotiations that
led to the ring fencing of government funding
for the construction of what is now the New Court
Complex on the High Street, Accra.
Sandra has also worked as a Technical Advisor to
the Hon Attorney General and Minister for Justice
on the Legal and Justice Sector Reform Programme,
where she is in charge of a team whose mandate is
to support the Hon Attorney General to design and
implement innovative, cross cutting programmes,
activities and reforms for the restructuring and
modernisation of the Ministry of Justice and
Attorney General’s Department and its Agencies
and collaborators in Ghana.
She lectures Human Rights Law, Administrative Law
and Justice, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
(ADR), Legal Writing and Legal Research Methodology
at the Faculty of Law at GIMPA. In the past she
has taught the Law of Contract, the Law of Torts
and Transitional Justice.
Her academic interests are in the areas of Rule
of Law and Access to Justice, Institutional and
Public Sector Reforms, Governance and sub sectors
under Law in Development.
Sandra obtained an LLB (Hons.) Law Degree from the
City of Birmingham University in England and
completed the Solicitors Final Exam for the
Law Society of England and Wales. She received
an LLM in Law in Development from the University
of Warwick, Coventry, England.
She is a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the
Supreme Court of Ghana, and a member of the
Ghana Bar Association.
She is a keen sports woman who enjoys exercising,
weight lifting and extreme sport.
She also enjoys
entertaining, gardening, music, reading and writing.
Her professional objectives are to reach the apex
of international development practice with a special
focus on developing public sector institutions,
parliaments, judiciaries and the legal sectors,
by so doing, to contribute her quota to the process
of entrenching democracy in Africa.
She hopes to achieve this by transferring the wealth
of her collective skills and experience to any
public sector assignment aimed at strengthening
the administration of justice and improving the
conditions for the rule of law to prevail in Ghana.
Dr Anthony Owusu-Ansah
A Senior Lecturer
in Finance at the GIMPA Business School.
Anthony teaches several courses at the
Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels including
Corporate Finance, Managerial Finance,
Financial Management, International Finance
and Investment Management.
Prior to joining
the GIMPA Business School in February 2013,
he was a Teaching and Research Assistant
at the Business School of the University
of Aberdeen in the UK where he taught several
Finance and Investment Modules including Financial
Management, Portfolio Analysis and Corporate

Institute of Technology in Stockholm-Sweden as well
as at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and

He is an old student of Kumasi Academy.
His PhD thesis has led to the publication of the
first ever quality adjusted house price information
for the Aberdeen housing market.
His teaching and
research areas include Financial Management,
Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance and Economics,
Portfolio and Asset Management as well as Investment
Dr Owusu-Ansah is a Chartered Surveyor and professional
member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, an
Associate of the British Higher Education Academy,
and a member of the American, European and African
Real Estate Societies.
He is a private real estate,
financial and investment consultant and a board member
of an asset management company.
Dr Owusu-Ansah has dozen
of research publications to his credit and he is
married with two children.
